SWACHATA HI SEVA PROGRAMME

The following Programmes were conducted as part of Swatchatta Hi Seva campaign:-
Cleaning Paathiramanal island
National Service Scheme of KVM College of Arts and Science, Cherthala conducted one day cleaning drive programme on 25 October 2024 at Pathiramanal Tourist Place. Total 27 NSS Volunteers and 5 teachers actively participated in the programme.
House Survey and Awareness
National Service Scheme of KVM College of Arts and Science, Cherthala conducted awareness programme and house survey about Plastic collection, disposal and waste management. The programme was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. E. Krishnan Namboothiri, Principal KVM College of Arts and Science, Mrs. Lekshmi R Nair, HOD of B.Sc, Mrs Anagha M Nair, HOD of BBA and Mr. Sinumon T. G., NSS Programme Officer delivered felicitations. The Inaugural function was concluded with vote of Thanks by Gouri Prabha S Nair, NSS Volunteer.
Waste Collection and Disposal
A one day waste collection and disposal was conducted under the auspicious of National Service Scheme of KVM College of Arts and Science on 17 October 2024. The programme was conducted in association with Haitha Karma Sena, Thanneermukkom Gramma Panchayath. The function was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. E. Krishnan Namboothiri, Principal KVM College of Arts and Science.
